Peter is a Chartered Engineer with over 25 years’ experience delivering complex highway infrastructure development projects across London including Brent Cross Town a new 180-acre park town for London, 42-acre Battersea Power Station redevelopment, 23-acre Wood Wharf (at Canary Wharf), Northwick Park 'One Public Estate’ masterplan and Tottenham Hale Integrated Interchange & Urban Centre Masterplan.

Peter is the Practice Lead for Steer’s Highway Team responsible for overseeing our engineering designs from planning through to implementation including contract administration. He has advised many different types of clients including public sector agencies (policy makers, service procurers, funders and regulators), transport enterprises and private sector investors.

One of Peter’s core strengths is managing conflicting stakeholder requirements where disparate needs and objectives must be balanced. His innovative and forward-thinking approach and technical proficiency ensures projects are practical, cost effective, and future ready.
