Over the past 15 years, Geoff has led the development of several important regional guidelines documents for TransLink, Vancouver’s transportation planning agency, including Transit Passenger Facilities Design Guidelines, Transit-Oriented Communities Design Guidelines, Transit Service Guidelines, and TDM Guidelines for Developments. He has also fostered a strong relationship with the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG), leading the team that delivers their Employer Commuter Program to significantly grow the program to over 600 employers and more than tripling the number that are recognized for actively contributing to reducing vehicle trips and congestion through SANDAG’s Diamond Awards.
