Victoria's expertise includes energy policy, strategy, innovation, and transition, as well as social, environmental, and economic impact assessment. She supports clients in developing evidence-based strategies that align infrastructure investment and transport planning with net zero targets and broader sustainability goals. She works across the project lifecycle, from initial policy development and climate risk assessments to the delivery of sustainable transport strategies and environmental impact evaluations, ensuring clients can respond effectively to the climate challenge while delivering long-term social and economic benefits.
