Enrique is the office leader in Colombia and has more than 20 years of experience in urban transport planning. He joined Steer in 2009 after working for nearly 5 years for TRANSMILENIO S.A., where he coordinated the technical team in charge of defining the Bogotá BRT expansion strategy.
Throughout his career, he has worked as a consultant for different projects related to transport modelling and policies, urban public transport transactions, e-mobility, traffic and revenue studies for roads and transport infrastructure projects.
At Steer, his main expertise is in urban public transport, active mobility and electromobility, advising key players in mobility services: government, operators, investors and lenders. He is also involved in household surveys, mobility plans and public transport in Latin America
